Sarita Rana began her career in quality management in 1989 with a conviction that rigorous, well-implemented systems are what separate businesses that merely survive from those that grow, export, and lead. Over three and a half decades, that conviction has not changed. What has changed is the scale of its application.

Her formal credentials span some of the most respected institutions in quality management internationally. Certified as a QMS Lead Assessor by the Quality Society of Australasia, qualified as a Lead Auditor through International Certifications Ltd, and certified as an IATF 16949 Internal Auditor by TÜV Rheinland, she brings a depth of formal training that few consultants in Canada can match. These are not honorary designations. Each represents a rigorous examination of technical knowledge and practical auditing competence.

The businesses she has worked with span manufacturing, food processing, automotive supply chains, pharmaceuticals, railway components, textiles, and construction, across Canada, India, UAE, and South Africa. That breadth of industry exposure is what allows CertCanada to approach each new client without assumptions, reading the actual operation rather than fitting it into a template.
